  • Bratwurst


    Our German flagship. Grill, griddle, poach in beer and sear, smoke - there’s no way to do this wrong! Serve with mustard and sauerkraut for the true experience.

  • Boerewors


    A South African favorite which is incredibly flavorful. This sausage boasts toasted spices and is a force to be reckoned with. Put on a bun, use in soups, or for the most authentic dish: pair with pap.

  • Kielbasa


    Our Hungarian-style Kielbasa is perfect for your grilling parties, baked dishes, macaroni and cheese or anything else you can imagine. This is also one of our favorites for a smoked sausage!

  • Weißwurst (Kalbsbratwurst)


    Traditional German sausage which is best when steamed or poached in beer. This emulsified sausage encorporates veal and is personified by hints of ginger, parsley and mace. Serve with sweet mustard and a pretzel to be instantly transported to Bavaria!

  • British Banger


    Created during rationing in WW2, this classic sausage incorporates fresh organic barley. Perfect in hearty soups, on a bun, or of course served with mashed potatoes!

  • Herbed Molasses Breakfast Sausage


    This awesome, savory and somewhat sweet sausage needs to be in your breakfast arsenal!

  • Chorizo


    Made in the Portuguese fashion, our Chorizo (Choriço) is made with imported Portuguese red wine, and comes with a kick! This sausage begs to be put in burritos, tacos, soups, with pasta or even as simple as with eggs and potatoes.

  • Italian Sausage


    Made with imported Italian wine, this beautiful, versatile sausage is ready for your lasagna, risotto, pasta, breakfast or almost anything you can imagine. This sausage needs to be a part of your bag of tricks!

  • Knockwurst


    An emulsified sausage, this flavorful sausage is a crowd pleaser! Translated “snap sausage”, the natural casing, garlic, beer and toasted coriander make this the perfect summer grilling or smoking sausage.

  • Linguiça


    A Portuguese sausage that begs to be smoked. Utilize in soups, on a bun, with your potatoes and eggs for breakfast; this simple sausage retains depth that’s needed in your arsenal.

  • Longaniza


    Watch out! This sausage comes with a good kick of spice!  Hinted with anise, this Spanish style sausage is perfect when smoked, served on a charcuterie board or simply enjoyed on a bun!
