Whether it’s elk, duck, lamb, pork or buffalo (and of course so many more), the answer is yes, we can make it into a sausage!
We love working with our friends and family after a successful hunt, or local farmers that need to revitalize their CSA. Custom work is one of our favorite parts of the business; it involves problem solving, creative flavor profiles, and often exploration of different techniques or recipes!
Bring us your ideas, and we’ll work with you to make sure your freezer is filled with food you can eat throughout the year, and is worthy of serving friends and family!
Note: Custom processing is not under USDA and is therefore restricted to different operational times, costs and is not inspected. This product cannot be sold and will be marked “not for resale”. There is a 50lb minimum of Custom Processing orders.
